How to order
To order please telephone (10.00 to 17.00, Sunday excluded) - we are able to accept all major credit cards. Where appropriate we will need your size in terms of chest, height, and waist. We also need your address and a contact telephone number. We will confirm stock availability and price including carriage, and advise an approximate delivery date.

The prices are correct at time of publication. However we reserve the right to alter prices without notice to reflect changes in supply. We will advise you if this is necessary when you order.
Goods are despatched upon receipt of payment in full, either by credit/debit card, cash, cheque, or postal order. We do not sell goods on account. There is no minimum order. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Survive and Thrive Ltd .

Buy with confidence
We check all goods that are despatched. However, should something slip through the net please telephone us, or return the item within seven days of its receipt in unused condition so we can provide an exchange.
